When will I receive my order?
Order processing time is up to 7 business days. Once orders are processed they are shipped the next business day. Items shipped via USPS priority mail generally arrive within 4 business days. What do I do if I never received my order?
We are not responsible for items that show a delivered status. Please use the tracking number provided and contact the courier service on record if you did not opt in for shipping protection during checkout. How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
Some of our products are handmade others are created by manufacturers. Some of our materials are purchased from other small businesses. Others are made in Africa and China.
